Onigiri time!

Ovo je bilo pre nekih nedelju dana.Aki je dosla kod nas da pravimo onigiri prvi put u zivotu! :D *Za one koji nikada nisu culi za to,u pitanju su loptice od pirinca koje mogu biti prazne ili punjene nekim nadevom,a u Japanu ih jedu svakodnevno*.Bilo nam je jako zanimljivo! Odlucile smo da ih pravimo na "srpski nacin" - napunile smo ih slaninom,kobasicom i sunkom,a uvaljani su u peceno laneno seme.Vrlo se lako prave,potrebno je samo dobro skuvati pirinac kratkog zrna *mera je 1 solja pirinca i 2,5 solje vode*.Onda kada se pirinac malo ohladi,u jednu posudu sipamo vodu *hladnu* ,umocimo ruku,pospemo je sa malo soli i oblikujemo pirinac.U sustini,pirinac moze biti bez icega,ali mozete po zelji da dodate u njega sta god hocete *slatko ili slano,naravno,ako pravite slatke onda ne solite ruku XD* Saznale smo zasto se stavlja alga na onigiri- da se ruke ne bi lepile u toku jela jer se jede prstima.Mi nismo imale alge niti bilo sta slicno pa smo se maaaalo ulepile,ali nema veze.Naravno,ako volite soja sos,mozete onigiri da umacete u njega. This happened about a week ago.Aki came to our place - we decided to make onigiri for the first time in our lives! :D *For those who don't know what onigiri is- that is Japanese dish made of rice and it looks like rice bolls.It can be filled with almost anything,sweet or salty*. It was very fun making them!We decided to make onigiri "Serbian way" so we filled it with ham,sausages and bacon and we rolled it in linseed.It's very easy to make,you only need to cook rice so it gets sticky * one cup rice- 2,5 cups water* .I'm too lazy to write recipe in English right now,just google it if you want XD .Here are some pictures :

                      Katty wasn't in the mood for onigiri so she made herself a salad. Party pooper! XD
